First necessary step to buy in lasepia.com will be to register as user. There is a form in which you should introduce your personal data, indispensable to process your order. To register as user is a simple and gratuitous process that does not behave purchase obligation. To consult more about our privacy politics, go to the section legal "Terms of use".
Once registered, you will be able to make full use of the shopping cart. Simply choose the product that you want to buy, add it to the shopping cart and press "Checkout". The process is guided by the web and it is as follows:
• Delivery information. By default the delivery address is the one that you introduced in the registration form. If you want to, you can change it.
• Payment information.
• Order confirmation. Check everything is correct: your data, the delivery address, the payment way, the amount and confirm the order.
Once the process is concluded, you will receive an automatic mail in which you can see the products that you have bought. This document does not work as a bill, it is only the confirmation that the program has processed your order correctly.
The amount of your processed order includes the amount of the selected products, the pertinent (IVA) taxes and the shipping and handling expenses. Questions about shipping (rates, company in charge, delivery terms, etc.) are exposed in a detailed way at "Shipping & delivery period". If you choose as payment way "Cash on delivery" (only available for orders inside Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands) you have to add a fixed quantity of 1,40 € to the total amount.
As soon as possible, we will send you a personalized mail where you can watch your order and its total price. The definitive bill will be attached in the package.
If 5 days have gone since you made the order and we do not have received the confirmation of the payment (whenever you do not pay cash on delivery) we will consider your order null. In that case you should formalize a new order again, having in mind the possible changes in the price/readiness of the chosen products.

Payment ways

In lasepia.com we offer you two payment ways, so you can choose the one that adapts better to your necessities:
• Deposit / bank Transfer. You can ingress the amount from your order to our count, or you can order your bank to make a transfer. We will process your order as soon as we have confirmation of the payment.
The data of our Bank count will be available during the purchase process.
• Cash on delivery. Only available for orders inside Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands. You pay at the moment you receive the T-shirt. This service has an overcharge of 1,40 € (includes IVA) that you have to add to the amount of your order.

Refunds
|
In the moment of the delivery you should revise that the received material corresponds to the invoice, and check its state. In case of trouble you should let us know in the following 24 hours.
Although it is very unlikely, since we revise all our packages minutely, we guarantee the changing of faulty products for others of the same type, provided that the defect is confirmed.
If you receive the T-shirt, but you decide that you no longer want it, you have a term of one week (to count on from the reception of the product) to return it. In this case you have to pay the shipping and handling expenses (departure as detour). Once we have received the product and checked that its state, we will return you the amount of the bought articles, but not the generated expenses (shipping and handling expenses, cash on delivery, etc.).
If you like your T-shirt but you want to change size, the procedure is the same one. You send it to us and we send you another of the chosen size or we return you the amount of the article. What you should keep in mind is that you have to pay the expenses of transportation generated by the refunds, unless the refund is due to our errors. That is why we recommend you earnestly that you make use of the measures square in the section "Select your size".
